優生公司自創立以來，一直秉持競競業業鍥而不捨的耕耘，帶動台灣製藥業的提升，生產優良藥品，躋升製藥產業國際化行列。
為了鞏固優良品質與競爭力，優生製藥以『PICs GMP藥品優良製造確效作業準則』，依照標準作業程序（S.O.P），為製藥品質把關，以確保藥品絕對安全可靠。此外，全體員工凝聚共識落實「服務‧品質‧效率」的品質政策。
在硬體的管理上，優生製藥除了5S（整理、整齊、整頓、清潔、效率）的標準之外，全體員工更充分的發揮自創的3S（速度、服務、技能） 。

民國104年、106年、109年通過衛生福利部後續性 PIC/s GMP 查廠評鑑
2020, Obtained the evaluation of PIC/s GMP follow-up on-site inspection.
2013
民國102年通過衛生福利部 PIC/s GMP 評鑑
Yu Sheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Obtained the PIC/s GMP certification and reach the international standard.
2010
民國99年 改建荷爾蒙獨立生產廠區，並改建公司廠房為符合PIC/s GMP相關規範。
Added sexual hormones independent production site and planning to transform the manufacturing plant to be in compliance with PIC/s GMP standards.
2007
民國96年 “優生生物科技股份有限公司”於中部科學園區完成建廠。
The construction of the plant of Yu Sheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Was completed in Central Taiwan Science Park.
2005
民國94年 通過衛生署cGMP第三階段評鑑。
Certify by the Department of Health that is in compliance with cGMP Phase III standard.
2004
民國93年 成立子公司 ”優生生物科技股份有限公司”發展健康食品及生技產品的開發。
Establishment of a subsidiary “Yu Sheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd.” To the development and sell of Health food and biotechnology products.
2000
民國89年 產品開始外銷至東南亞國家。
Started export the pharmaceutical products to Southeast Asian countries.
1986
民國75年 通過衛生署GMP評鑑。
Certify by the Department of Health that is in compliance with GMP standard.
1982
民國71年 於台中工業區興建符合GMP之藥廠
Started the building of a manufacturing plant which is designed to be in compliance with GMP standards in Taichung Industrial Park.
1945
民國34年前(二戰後)即投入藥品事業,所生產之優生製藥<強心>心臟藥(臺衛成字第504號)為當時知名皇漢煉成高貴製品。
產品目前為「國立臺灣歷史博物館收藏」藏品。
